6 month contract to manage the regional launch of wireless broadband and VOIP services to both consumer and business customers.

IMM acted as marketing manager to Telabria during a frantic period of expansion into broadband market.

The role of IMM included:

  • Launch marketing plan for each region
  • Organise all regional advertising to support the �lighting up� of regions
  • Design, develop and manage printing and distribution of leaflets
  • Media planning and buying of billboards
