Gannons is a small boutique law firm based in the City. The aim of Gannons marketing was to identify key target audiences for their employment law, corporate and commercial legal services, to put in place and populate a marketing database and to set in place regular marketing activities.

- Install ACT CRM Database
- Identify key audiences and populate with new prospect data identified by IMM
- Ongoing validation of database
- Manage data and database setting up remote access control
Marketing and Communications:
- Marketing ideas for the promotion of the business
- Set in place and deliver regular and continuous marketing
- Liaise with incumbent creative and IT suppliers
- Set up and deliver monitored e-marketing
- Deliver monthly E-marketing campaign and monitor performance
- Letter writing and direct marketing to key audiences
- Print buying and management
- Initiate and set in place monthly seminar programme
- Identify advertising opportunities in key sector publications. Write and manage advert design and placement
Tele-marketing:
Select supplier and manage telemarketing activity to follow up marketing activities
Management:
- Oversee internal team and subsequently manage knowledge transfer
- Reporting
- Handover marketing management to Gannons team
- Ad hoc marketing and telephone support
