This first stage is to work on a marketing plan and budget.
This typically involves an audit of where you are today, agreeing a vision for the future, SWOT, market & audiences, positioning, promotion strategy, action plan, timescale and budget. Once agreed, we move on to the 'drive' and 'deliver' stages.

Our work is focussed primarily on attracting Science and Technology tenants to the park and retaining existing. We are also responsible for developing links with the local community, local businesses, local government, higher education and regional development agencies.
